Vegetable Oil Chemical Encapsulation
Better coverage for higher profits
Farm For Profit methods are designed to cut costs, maximize yields, and fight pollution. Encapsulating chemicals into Step 3 vegetable oil protects against volatilization, drift, and run-off, creating excellent performance with low chemical volume and cost. Encapsulation protects the chemical from oxygen and sunlight which are the two largest killers of chemical performance.
General Procedures
- Measure out Step 3 Vegetable Oil to match intended chemical amount
- Pour chemical into Step 3 vegetable oil.
- Mix or agitate to achieve encapsulation
- While agitator is running, pour encapsulated mixture into the suggested amount of chlorine-free water
- For best results use 5 to 7.5 gallons of total spray mix per acre using flat tip nozzels.
Note: When using chemical powders, pre-mix them with enough water to produce a slurry. Follow Steps 1 and 2 above, and add four to eight ounces of Agri-Achieve per acre to the tank
